Dr. Neuhaus' bio

This content was provided by Dr. Neuhaus "Dr. Neuhaus graduated from Brigham Young University in 1996. From there he attended the California College of Podiatric Medicine and graduated with honors in 2000. His 4th year of podiatric medical school was spent on the campus of the University of Texas-San Antonio where he focused on diabetic foot and ankle care including wound care and limb salvage. Dr. Neuhaus was able to do his residency training in Louisville Kentucky and spent 6 months on the orthopedic trauma service treating complex fractures. During residency he spent time with plastic surgery, vascular surgery, radiology, emergency medicine, anesthesia, family medicine and infectious disease services which provided a well rounded education enabling him to diagnose and treat most any foot and ankle problem with a unique perspective not offered by many podiatrists. Dr. Neuhaus loves children and has a unique ability to treat pediatric patients. He has 11 children of his own with his wife of 23 years. Dr. Neuhaus spends his time away from the office with his family, coaching youth sports, volunteering in church, working with the Boy Scouts of America, gardening and his newest activity-beekeeping. I arrived for a 10:00 appointment twenty minutes early. Two hours later I got back to see Dr. Neuhaus. He was a nice enough guy, but seemed like he was late for lunch, or something. I must have caught them on a bad day.
