Good support system.
I have been seeing Mary for around 6 years. I had never felt so connected with a therapist. I suffered from ptsd and depression, Mary helps me through a few life changing situations. It's easy to find a therapist who listen but to find one that you are able to connect with is needles in haystack. Now I feel so much more confident about myself and able to establish boundaries with people. I would recommend Mary to anyone who needed help.

I have been seeing Mary on and off for years- she has been such an amazing help in every aspect of my life, relationships, self growth, depression and anxiety and most recently loss of a loved one. She makes me feel calm, comfortable and really listens and does it with such an open heart. I cant say enough about her and how she is the true definition of a wonderful therapist who really cares about her clients.

I’ve been seeing Mary for years and she’s helped me grow so much as a person. Her focus is so individualized and really knows her patients well. She keeps me grounded, leads me to alternate perspectives, and doesn’t push anything until you’re ready. Not enough can be said about her!!!

I can’t say enough about Mary ! She is a great therapist and makes you feel so comfortable.. I’ve been to others but none of them made me feel as comfortable ! Both me and my fiancé have been and we both were able to talk to her and both felt understood and no judgement ... she guided me In steps that have helped me grow in so many ways . I refer everyone to her because she truly listens makes you laugh and gives you the best advice and tools to help you ! Love Mary
