I attended the anger management group therapy that Mark facilitates. It was life altering. The anger process model that he developed and shares in the class is spot on. It has not failed me once with any of my anger episodes. It is the best therapy that I have ever had. If you want to change, then this is the class for you. I felt so empowered after the course was over. It took me about a year to really make the changes in myself but that was on me, not Mark.
