Therapy philosophy: Emotional pain and problems are just as natural and normal as physical pain and problems. When we let go of the labels we have about ourselves, our problems, and therapy in general, we can begin healing the pain and resolving the problems.
Therapy approach: A wellness-focused holistic approach to therapy that is rooted in evidence-based practice such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Self-Compassion. Margaret views the mind, body, and spirit as one system and aims to help clients to increase and balance the health of all three parts of the system to achieve total wellness. "
