Poor customer service and a pattern of slackness in returning phonecalls to perspective patients. If you enjoy playing phone tag, this is the place to go. Stood up twice by the doctor with little notification of cancellation. The receptionist left a text message one hour before appointment & my husband does not do texts. No effort was made by their office to apologize or reschedule. When we left their office, we got the impression that whomever is running the ship is flippant and careless.

Next to impossible to schedule an appointment, etc. Their phone staff is "out to lunch." Very carefree and inefficient keeping their records, and holding onto authorization numbers and returning phone calls. Seems like the receptionist is never at her desk to answer the phone. Very lax in informing their patients if the doctor has to cancel an appointment. This happened to my husband twice. Securing an appointment is similar to getting into Fort Knox. A highly frustrating experience.
