The practice said they took my insurance. I completed the intake appointment for my 4 year old. During the appointment the provider made a joke about an 8 year old who wouldn’t leave on his pull-ups. Not funny to a parent of a disabled child. They said they would call to schedule the appointment for the testing we required and I never heard back from them. After several unreturned calls, after 3 weeks had passed someone answered the phone and they said they don’t take my insurance after all. No attempts at service recovery or even an apology for their error. This practice is clearly in it for the money and not because of a desire to help families.
