Madeline is a great partner with Dr. Chandela! I remember her checking up on me in post-op recovery and being very compassionate. After seeing her several times post-op, she is very knowledgable and doesn't rush though my questions. I am throughly pleased with the care she's given me.

I had two peritoneal craniotomies (brain surgeries) last summer. Prior to Madeline beginning, there was a maze of emails and phone calls to speak with a provider. This was horrible in my first recovery because, due t brain swelling, for about 3 weeks I would wake up each night in 6/10 pain and confusion. It lasted 3 weeks because my caregivers and I couldn't figure out how to speak to a provider. After Madeline began, the problem was solved. I remember squaring up at a second surgery and saying to myself, "I need to put it in writing how I finally got through that maze." Then she said something like, "Please feel free to email me if you have any questions." Emailing sensitively so I didn't pollute her email inbox, I found that the maze was gone. Thank heaven. Madeline is an excellent PA in her assessments, care planning, interventions, and referrals. She's also easy to talk to, and she communicates clearly. Madeline, if you read this, I'm thankful you were on my team.
