Linda Six is expertly trained in EMDR, which is different from any other counseling I've done in the past & it works! I was skeptical at first, but I was willing to give it a try. Linda via EMDR helped me process traumatic events that shaped my life. I believe I have finally dealt with these events on all levels - body, mind & emotion. I feel more calm and positive about moving forward with my life & my goals/dreams as well as making healthier choices when challenging or stressful events arise.

I am so grateful for finding Linda - my work with her has brought me to a place of emotional grounding that I never thought I'd be able to reach. She was very thorough in developing a therapy plan that fit my particular problems and symptoms, and she has utilized a variety of therapy tools, including EMDR, that has helped me stabilize my life, improve the way I view myself, and bring closure to past trauma that had haunted me for decades. My only regret is that I didn't find her sooner!

I highly recommend Linda Six! I have been seeing her for about a year now and she has truly helped me in more ways than I can imagine. She has helped him with the loss of a loved one as well as many other aspects of my life. She is very organized and detailed at what she does! I never have to wait for her to see me, if anything it's the other way around. She is one of the best in her profession!

Linda is very professional but at the same time makes you feel at ease. She has a wonderful sense of humor but has a warm and supportive approach. I believe I have grown so much while using her as a therapist. I highly recommend her to all age groups. I participate in EMDR with Linda and not only find it interesting and challenging but I have gained tremendous Insight since using this approach. I believe anyone using her Services would be highly satisfied.
