I haven't seen many providers willing to entertain intelligent conversations quite like Laura does. She is very knowledgeable in her craft and personable. I have enjoyed my visits with her and the feeling of going there is somehow less clinical than other places. It's a comfortable environment.

I have seen Laura for years. She has sat with me when I cried and she has always asked and remembered about what is going on in my life. She has always given me great care. If you had to wait......what if you fell,passed out, had a cyst that ended up taking a long time to remove, had a death in the family recently ? Would you want to be rushed? Is it really worth sacrificing the care you receive? Also we are all wearing masks. Laura is not my friend outside of the office. I do not work for her. I have nothing to gain by writing this. She is a top notch provider and I will leave it at that.

My husband sees New Hartford Medical every 2 months for medication that he is on that requires blood work. I also see them for skin checks when needed. We are always treated with respect, he has been totally clear since starting treatment and we very much enjoy our appointments with Laura. She is a highly intelligent person and lovely as well.

have waited 2 - 2 1/2 hrs. in very uncomfortable chairs. Results on lab work and MRI's never delivered. No time to discuss with Laura.

I went to Laura because my dermatologist had retired. I certainly didn't get the same results. I periodically have to have sun spots treated w/ acid and had 5 treated while there. 4 out of the 5 blistered and left nasty deep scars. Normal treatment would not have done that. It was one of Laura's staff that did this.

It sucks know they have you wait down stairs so you wait twice as long. Everytime I am there it is always at least a 2 hour wait. The young lady at the front desk is so stuck up. She rolls her eyes at you and just seems very pissed that you are even there.

Office Manager, Lisa, mocked me for traveling from Albany to Utica for care. Stating, "that`s the most ridiculous thing I`ve ever heard". She also intimated that I was just "using Laura to get Narcotics". If that were the case it would be her responsibility to report her employer to the DEA. The office is incompetent with documentation, follow up, and scheduling exams. You can`t force people to mobilize with permanent disabilities. Laura deserves better support staff.

Most irresponsable nurse and staff. This supposedly dermatologist doesn't know what she's doing. If you as a patient tell her to give a medicine, she will go with the flow. I would ask myself, who is the doctor here? She gave my daughter a cream that messed up her face more. She doesn't check you up to follow up with her scripts. She is like lost on space. I'm going back to my old Dermatologist. Would never recommend this supposedly Dermatologist.

At two separate visits she used liquid nitrogen and froze spots on my face that weren't the actual spots that needed to be frozen. Once by a nurse and once by her herself.

If I could give her zero stars I would. She makes patients wait up to 3 hours until she sees them. No apology from her at all. Had time though to talk to her contractor within earshot of patients waiting about home improvements.

Knowledgeable and very caring. They have become very busy over the past couple years and they acted on it and brought in another provider to help with primary care (Which doesn’t happen overnight!) I have been in many times and waited a couple of them. They have always been apologetic and Laura has moved her schedule to fit us in quickly the next visit. I am very happy with the care of my psoriasis and excited to meet the new provider at my primary care appt in a few weeks!!

Beautiful office. Very kind and helpful staff. Ms Luke was thorough, frIendly, very informative and very skilled in taking my mole off. I can’t even tell where it was. Recommend them and I even made appointment for my parents.

I waited just under 3 hours without even an apology, I was in exam room and left to complain to office staff for waiting so long and they thought I was done and checking out, I was seeing why I hadn't seen Luke yet. No apology from Luke when she finally came in. Prescribed same medicine from very first visit which didn't work. Office staff talks about patients in ear shot of waiting room, very unprofessional.
