My experience(s) with Redemption Psychiatry in Chandler on 600 South Dobson Road were unpleasant to say the least. There is one particular NP I had the displeasure of working with at Redemption in Chandler. I needed just a little bit more time off of work, a position in which I was excelling. The NP refused to see me again and to adjust my paperwork for a slightly later return, and I mean SLIGHTLY. While my employer was very patient with me and I greatly appreciated it, they informed me they wouldn't be able to hold my position. Needless to say, this was very frustrating and I feel this could and should have been avoided with an empathetic NP's approval. Fortunately they have decided to hire me back, family and I are very thankful. It should be the patients' overall health and well-being that are priority 1. I ABSOLUTELY DID NOT EXPERIENCE THIS AT REDEMPTION IN CHANDLER-600 DOBSON RD- sad to say, VERY UNPLEASANT/DISAPPOINTING!!! Make sure provider is in profession for right reasons!!

WORST CHOICE!, I ask for appointment with Dr. Friday and was told that he doesn't take 1st timers, they assigned me with Mia Abdul, she was fast, I was talking while she was reading her laptop and I didn't know if she was listening to me or not, she prescribed a med that was terrible!, I had bad side effects and I called the office for 4 days in a row to only have transfer from answering machine to answering machine so I ending going all the way there (45 min) driving to talk to Mia with no "lu

Lamia Abdouni became very defensive, rude and nasty when I asked about a different medicine for my son. She took it as if I were questioning her education, which I was not. I just didn't want to put him on what she had recommended. She said she would prescribe the medicine I wanted and she would put it in his chart that it was by parent request. Then she never sent the prescription in and would not return any of my messages. Then she released him as her patient. Horrible experience with her

Ms. Lamia does not seem to have any knowledge in the field of psychiatry. All my questions regarding medication and treatment during a meeting with her were answered with "maybe yes, maybe no", "I don't know" or "we don't really know how this works". She did not seem interested in evaluation. The only thing she was interested in doing was willingness to prescribe meds, which she said I could take or not, since it is up to me and didn't really matter. No guidance what so ever.
