Terrible. I have been with Kim since before she went private. Ever since she left Mercy, everything went down hill. I have shown up for scheduled appointments and the office was closed, my appts got canceled or never entered into the system, even though I got a card saying when my appt time is. My meds are never refilled on time and have been sent to the wrong pharmacy. She refuses to acknowledge I am transgender and does not respect pronouns or name changes. She pushes to put you on high cost medications that aren't covered by insurance. Please go elsewhere if you can. This office is a mess. I've never felt more useless and undervalued.

Horrific provider. Poor listener, even worse comprehension. Wouldn’t trust her to handle the simplest medical issue.

Have been seeing her for awhile. I love that she takes time with you. Gets to understand you an your health issues. She really cares about the patient. That's very hard to find these days.

My mom Lana absolutely adores Kim. Kim is so pleasant and kind and she SPENDS time with her patients and LISTENS and actually CARES! I’m so grateful that my Mom has a great doctor!!

I am very pleased with her, and I feel she really cares about her patients. Kim called me on a Saturday just a few hours after I had my labs. She acted quickly and had me on the correct dose of medication. I must say I’m starting to feel better.
