Karen is a real pro as a therapist of many years, but also with a decades long career as an RN. She has a wonderful warm heart and is an expert listener who also gets to the bottom of things with her logical “take” on specific problems. She has an extremely broad knowledge of all different types of medications. I would recommend Karen very highly.

Karen lives what she teaches, is an example of healthy boundaries and good self care. She does not give me directions in my recovery, but is there to explore with me the direction life seems to be pointing me to explore. A very kind and gracious person.
