I hope Kaitlyn goes on to become a doctor; she is
Kaitlyn advised me concerning my sinus irritation to give up wheat. I did give up wheat and within 3 days my sinus congestion ceased. I have the nose back that I had as a child and am no longer using a box of tissues a week. Kaitlyn also suggested milk products causing phlegm in my throat. I had already given up milk due to realizing it caused phlegm in my throat. Giving up cheese totally cleared up my throat issue. These were the issues I came to ENT about and did not need a blood test to find out.

Friendly, compassionate and professional.
I arrived for a procedure where wax needed to be removed from resting on my eardrum. It was solid and attached to the drum. Kaitlyn was very concerned about any pain that I was experiencing. I was very happy with my visit and the results.

Always a Great Experience
Kaitlyn is very kind, thoughtful & caring individual. She took the time to listen to all that I’ve been through the past year with the passing of my Mom. I was experiencing issues with my throat & neck that were attributed to the stress I’ve been under. Upon leaving she told me she’s always here for me & to give a call if anything changes. Then she hugged me! Priceless!

Always very polite and professional
Kaitlyn saw me almost immediately after I arrived I informed her that I had a problem with an ongoing skin problem and she was very understanding about it and was very professional in performing the procedure I was there for.
