My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment to assist clients in discovering ways to use their own strengths and talents to develop ways to face life challenges. I believe in a collaborative problem-solving process, working together to identify goals and strategies while also making clients feel respected, understood and appreciated. Working with a client, I help them identify strengths and then guide them toward reaching their individual goals. I want to empower clients to develop ways to cope with stress, improve communication, and manage emotions and behaviors as they work to improve their relationships and lead more fulfilling lives.
