Unfortunately, in my former role as a parenting time and custody evaluator in high-conflict divorce situations, certain custody litigants were not satisfied with the outcome of their evaluations.  This is the nature of the work, which is inherently adversarial.  One common way for litigants to vent their frustration over evaluation outcomes -- particularly if not favorable to them -- is to write negative reviews on line.
