Patient Comments (2)

Expect long waits, even when waiting to be seen on the scheduled date/time. I was scheduled for a follow up appointment for today 1/13/17 at 9am. I walked in at 9:03am, checked in and I was told by the receptionist "sorry, you were not here at 9:01am and we had to take the next patient. This...more

We inform our patients to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment time for check in. If the patient is late and the next patient is already here, we allow the next patient to be seen, then see the original late patient afterwards if there is time. We have no way of knowing if and when the late patient will arrive. We will gladly wait for a late patient if they call ahead of time to let us know and we can fit them in. We try to run on time and believe our policy is fair. Thank you.

Nice guy, but I went about 4 or 5 times for foot pain; got a shot that missed the mark; then got outfitted with a $600 pair of orthotics which, after six months of daily use, have made zero difference in my condition. I would not go back.

I do not know who this patient is. We have very good follow up for our patients. Most of our patients have very good results with corticosteroid injections and orthotics. We have plenty of patients that do not show up for follow up appointments, such as the one- and four-month follow ups for orthotics. When appointments are missed, the situation cannot be monitored. If you don't communicate except online, I cannot help you.
