Very unprofessional when questioned about experience,cost & protocol. Jessica would roll her eyes, tilt head back blink rapidly 10-15 times and make odd quizzical faces. May be good therapist, I don't know - I chose to find someone else right then and there.

Many apologies that this is the first I have been aware of this comment. I wish there had been an opportunity to discuss your experience. Rapport is absolutely important and I am glad you were able to identify that a different therapist would be a better fit for you.
