    Dr. Milligan was very professional! He provides free consultations and did a great job going through my past medical history before adjusting me. He made me feel comfortable being adjusted while pregnant and I have no doubt his care helped me have a smooth and healthy pregnancy! It is easily to tell that he truly cares about his patients well being. I highly recommend him!
