Care Philosophy

This content was provided by Jennifer Lund "Each client is treated individually taking care to listen to and address all your health concerns.  A treatment plan is made according to your specific needs. Typically treatments are scheduled close together at the beginning so that your body begins to 'hold' the new message.  As you begin to heal, the treatments are spaced further and further apart.  Once you are feeling better and back in balance, it is recommended to continue with acupuncture once a season or once a month as a preventative measure and to help keep you feeling your best!

A Initial Visit usually lasts 90-100 minutes and a follow-up visit is 60-70 minutes.  A typically treatment plan is anywhere from 3-12 sessions.

Fear or simply an aversion to needles can often deter people from experiencing acupuncture, now widely considered a mainstream medical practice throughout the United States, and many parts of the world. If you're interested in acupuncture, but feel a little wary, Jenni is here to help. With expertise, kindness, and a warm, communicative style, Jenni works with new patients to ensure their comfort, health and relaxation."
