Jen is truly one of a kind. I have been seeing her for almost two years now. She is the most compassionate and understanding person that I have ever met. Her presence is extremely warm and caring. I have always struggled to open up to people, but I could tell that Jen was truly there to help me get better. I was able to trust her and she never did a single thing to make me regret that. She meets you where you are and will empower you to make the changes and do the healing that you need to do in order to become the best version of yourself. She will push you in the most supportive ways possible to reach your goals. She has been extremely attentive throughout every session that I have had with her and she constantly gives amazing feedback. She has also guided me through so many situations in my life and used her great knowledge and understanding of different therapy types to encourage me to find the answers to my questions in myself and give me the skills that I needed.
