Went into ClearChoice Urgent care with penile discharge, assumed I had gonorrhea. Saw Jena Katzman and was not treated for it. Two days later ended up in ER in immense pain with bloody discharge. Next day found out from ER I had gonorrhea. Whole thing could have been avoided if Jena Katzman had followed common procedure regarding my symptoms and what I said I thought I had and treated me with antibiotics. Instead she suggested I see a urologist immediately without treating me.
