Very grateful to Jem. My mom and I would like to express our gratitude to Jem for her sincere effort and patience in helping us. I wasn't expecting my mom would like her because we've been to many PT centers and my mom dislikes all of them. My mom has a complicated medical background and I had right knee ACL reconstruction 4 months ago. I'm not a professional sports person but she treated me like I am. 4 months of rehabilitation with Jem wasn't easy but it's all worth it! Now, I'm back to my normal routine and playing sports again. Even my Doctor was amazed and happy with the result of my therapy. I recommended Jem to my friend who had a surgery last December and he is very satisfied to have her as his physical therapist. I would always recommend Jem to people I know who wants to have a real physical therapy service and a caring therapist.

I highly recommend her. She has changed my quality of life with strengthening therapy and massage therapy. She truly know how to identify the pain and what to do to relief the pain. I have been to other physical therapist and was giving up on ever feeling better. After my very first visit I knew I had finally found the right physical therapist . She is knowledgeable , compassionate . patient and kind. When I leave physical therapy I feel brand new. I am recovering from a fractured ankle and torn muscle in my knee . Along with lower back pain. I can actually place me foot on the ground and not feel pain and walk a much longer distance then i ever thought i could. I've been coming here for 4 years the staff are very professional and they keep me in the loop with my workers comp claim. They always make sure my visits are up to date and there is no lapse in my treatment. I have had 6 surgeries and have been to a few therapy offices, once I found my fit here I never left.
