What People Say About James Schmid, LMFT
Reply
Paying out-of-pocket as you can imagine is expensive so when the first visit came, Jim spent a minimum 5-10 minutes asking us our address, phone number, occupations, etc, which he could have given us forms to fill-out beforehand ~ he could have easily emailed us these. He was 5 minutes late, so there's at least 10 minutes gone. Must have had a bad day (I get it) because he was a little cranky. I will place this nicely and not get into specifics but my feedback to a "professional therapist" would be to quit the "judgemental facial expressions", Gather your clients' irrelevant information Beforehand, "listen before quick judgement" and don't rudely "kick" your clients out of your office at the 60th minute, especially when YOU were late.
