He continued his education at Kent State University School of Podiatric Medicine where he earned his medical degree in 2012. Dr. Baldwin then went on to complete a forefoot and rearfoot reconstructive surgical residency program at Heritage Valley Health System, a PMSR/RRA-36 program with a 361-bed acute care hospital located in Beaver, Pennsylvania. Dr. Baldwin is excited to return to his hometown and serve the Central Virginia area. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. He currently serves as the Director of the Wound Healing Center at Achilles Foot & Ankle Center. Dr. Baldwin's practice encompasses all aspects of foot and ankle care including simple and complex deformity management, medical and surgical intervention of traumatic injuries, cosmetic procedures, preventive and interventional management of diabetic foot and ankle complications. He has advanced training in diabetic limb salvage including wound healing."

My brother went there because I recommended him. He ended up having surgery done on his foot ( amputated 2 toes. ) Dr Baldwin never came out to talk to the family after the surgery.
