Similar to others, entirely unresponsive for requests for copies of reports. Was initially told that she often took a lot of time to complete reports, cannot confirm after 6 months that a report was completed. have made multiple requests for copies of reports which have gone unanswered. Have trouble getting through to office. Not recommended!

I saw dr Edge Booth over one year ago and have called to get copies of my report many times. I even left a message that she could give information to my psychologist (of course could not talk to her directly). I have advised others in the office with my problem to no response. This was all after I suffered a stroke several months after my initial visit. I went again to see the head Doctor in her office and again voiced my concern. After exactly one year. He asked me to talk to the office manager. I voiced my concerns again and the doctor (Edge Booth) eventually came out with a report in her hand saying she didn’t understand the issues and did I want to schedule my annual visit. I told her that after the way I had been treated by she and her staff there was no way I could see her again.
