Dr. Heather Karls has a passion for sports and athletics and she understands the associated physical demands and ailments. She has a special interest in treating and preventing sports injuries, back and neck pain, headaches and other chronic conditions, joint injuries (especially shoulders and knees), trauma and accidental injuries. With her interest in lifelong health and fitness and her desire to keep on the latest treatments, Dr. Karls participates in the American Chiropractic Association s Council on Sports Injuries, the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and she is a member of the American Chiropractic Association and the Minnesota Chiropractic Association. By working closely with you, taking the time to understand your pain, stress and health concerns, Dr. Karls is able to make a variety of recommendations to increase your fitness, endurance, energy and overall health. A 1996 graduate of Northwestern College of Chiropractic, Dr. Karls continues her professional education and has earned certifications as a Chiropractic Sports Practitioner (CCSP), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and as an Acupuncturist.
