Therapy is most effective when a trusting relationship exists between the counselor and the client. Some relationships hurt us while others are meant to heal. We believe that our job is to not tell you what to do or how you live your life but to provide a safe, trusting environment where you can express yourself and have an experience of being listened to without judgment and together we come up with creative solutions.
Therapy is often misconstrued as intending to 'fixing' people, but we think it is finding and equipping you with your strengths.
Beginning therapy can be a daunting experience, so I look forward to working with you in making your journey towards your goals fruitful.
Together we can decide if I am the right match for you!"
