Gregory Ritter

I was referred to Gregory Ritter by one of his colleagues as part of CCBT due to his proximity and work hours. When taking the first appointment, we were promised that they will be accommodative with session timings to suit high school hours. Upon completing couple of sessions with inconvenient timings, when asked the provider to provide a slot after high school hours, Mr. Gregory Ritter personally informed that he will get back to us after a month in December 2022 with options however, there was no response from their office. So, in January 2023 I called their office back and took appointment, but a day later that appointment was cancelled by their office staff without our consent. When asked for reasoning, the office staff mentioned that Gregory Ritter does not want to work with us since we are not picking the time slots available during high school hours. Overall, we had a terrible experience with this provider and I would definitely NOT recommend Gregory Ritter considering the way he handled this situation. I think Gregory Ritter himself needs some counselling first.

Hes amazing. I didn't see him anymore because he wanted to stay closer to home and not drive so far but I really wish I he was still here. If you meet him you'll understand but hes a very friendly and energetic person, then again that might be the coffee he always has lol
