I was happy with everything! From the scheduling, being greeted by wonderful staff, the testing for my daughter, and Dr. Andrews taking his time to listen to both me and my daughter. Considering Dr. Andrews is one-of-a-kind doctor (literally in his field), he was able to prepare his findings and get them back to us in a timely fashion. GREAT WORK DR. ANDREWS and TEAM! If you are looking for the best, Dr. Andrews is that!

After waiting 2 months for an appointment for testing, waited 2 more months to see Doctor Andrews. Had 5 minute visit with the Doctor and was told results would be sent to referring neurologist. 2 more months have passed and the recurring neurologist still has not received the report from Dr. Andrews. 6 months, and so far for nothing. Time wasted awaiting report on progressive neurological disease. If you value your health go elsewhere.

I went in June for testing and was told itI may take up to six weeks to get the results. Finally got the results in over three months! This was after multiple calls to his office and finally filing a complaint with my insurance. He may be a good doctor but I would not recommend this hassle to anyone else. I never even met the doctor.
