I haven’t seen Gail in a while but I went to her a few years ago regularly and she helped me get to a point where I felt comfortable dealing with my own emotions and anxieties enough that I did not need to see her often. I still talk about how much I enjoyed each one of our sessions and if/when I want to go back to therapy she is the only one I will see. She is kind, open-minded, and everything else you need in a therapist.

Gail has been one of the best therapist I've ever had and one of the most influential people in my life. I experienced many traumatic events in my childhood and into adulthood. She helped me process memories and develop healthy coping and communication skills using her patience, positive and intuitive energy and evidence-based approaches. I went to Gail for almost 2 years until I moved away. Now, based in the large city of Seattle, I cannot find anyone who halfway compares to her personality, experience and caring nature. She truly is one-of-a-kind and I highly, highly recommend her to anyone who is in need of an irreplaceable therapist.

Her two years in private practice are a great start and her supervisor is skilled. I enjoyed learning from her and appreciate her willingness to keep learning herself. Gail is easy to talk to and her experience with teens helped my child.

Gail has been treating me for depression, anxiety and addiction for 8 months now. The results thus far have been far more effective then previous attempts with meds in the past. Gail guides you to identify and solve your issues yourself through her facilitation which leaves you feeling empowered. She's always available via text or email when you have a slump and doesn't rush her sessions. Even after this long I continue to see long-term progress after each weekly session.
