I went to see this PT because I broke my distal ulna bone - wrist area. They treated me and 3 other patients at the SAME TIME, going from room to room. This practice is with my insurance and to my amazement he asked me for money immediately. He also threaten me with Collection Agency and penalty if...more

This patient as all patients was treated at my office with hands on manual treatment in a professional manner in combination with normal physical therapy procedures such as modalities including e-stim and heat followed by therapeutic exercises. These typical activities don't require constant contact which allow a therapist to have more than one patient in the office being treated and performing activities. On the matter of payment collection. Payment is due at time of service which is standard
