Poor healthcare if you could call it that. Fill out new patient paperwork that they don't bother to read. Phone calls and messages left were never returned. Adler told me he was just doing a job. Not someone to trust your medical care with. Poor suggestions made that the patient has to ask for. Unsatisfactory on all counts. Find other doctor. Adler even makes for a poor PA. The only reason to make a second appointment is to get your lab results to take to a real doctor.

The front desk receptionist Amanda is a liar and extremely lazy. They maybe answer 1 out of 15 phone calls you make to the office and never return voice mails. Dr. Adler is a good doctor but the people at his front desk are going to ruin his business. Find yourself a doctor's office where the whole office cares about the patient!!!!

I went to Dr. Adler with a sleep related issue. Usually doctors seem to scoff at hearing your own thoughts or proposed treatments, but I've done a lot of online research about my symptoms and possible treatments and Dr. Adler was interested in hearing my ideas. His proposed plan addressed both what he thought it could be and provided room for my ideas should that not pan out. Very professional, respectful demeanor. I highly recommend him.

Receptionist was incredibly unprofessional and rude. Spent most of the time on personal phone calls and when called back to see if she had followed up with the dr about a prescription she hung up the phone in the middle of the conversation. Then apparently lied to the dr because a few minutes later the dr called and dropped me as a patient without bothering to listen to the patients side of the story. avoid at all costs if you have real medical issues.
Adler Medical Center operates with stringent Controlled Substance prescribing guidelines, as outlined by the CDC. I apologize if you were unable to receive the drugs you were seeking, but I stand behind our policies 100 percent. Thank you, Ethan Adler, NP
