Elena Bourgoing, MSW

I never write reviews but I felt compelled to because of how incredible Elena’s work is and how much she is helping me. I have gone to therapy for most of my adult life and I have to say Elena is the first therapist to really help me with my anxiety, self sabotage, limiting beliefs that I have within myself, anger, etc. She is so very welcoming and warm, I look forward to seeing her weekly, it’s not like an obligation it’s something that I truly enjoy going to because she is so knowledgeable and helpful. She breaks things down in order for me to understand them better, in learning how to apply things into my life. I am so grateful to have found her and I look forward to continuing to learn from her. I highly, highly recommend her to anyone who is seeking help in order to make their lives better.
