Very unprofessional. They left a appointment reminder the night before which is normal. Day of, called three hours before my appointment asking me to call back and confirm. When I called trying to do that, their phones are "messed up" and they cant hear me. Then an hour before my appointment they call again leaving a message that if I dont call back they are going to close the office for the day. I missed that message, arrived to a locked door. Their hours claim to be M-F 9-5, 1pm was my appoint
