Dr. Fox is the best!

Dr. Fox is upfront and honest about treatment needs and process. My daughters progress has not only be better than expected, but we’re right on schedule. Dr. Fox is kind and compassionate and those treats run through his office staff as well. Dr. Fox truly cares about his patients and their success.

I was NEVER told verbally that my permanent 6 tooth retainer already on, wasn't going to be replaced with the same until the END of treatment! He explained every other detail but did not mention that he "doesn't do the top 6 teeth, only front two". I felt totally scammed bc now I had to pay another $1000 for permanent retainers and said " you don't have a leg to stand on" you signed paper work. I never would have agreed to that & would have went else where. I would not recommend his services! Staff is friendly, but he's rude to his own staff. AWKWARD! Also commenting on my appearance every time I was in there. "Oh nice nails, oh the hair." Maybe trying to be nice, but definitely not professional!

Never go back, would never recommend. This Dr is conceited, condescending and arrogant. He also has next to zero social skills. Without even doing any x-rays he immediately suggested jaw surgery (but not after reminding us that we “should have come with my son was 7 years old, now at 13 it’s too late” - serious so why tell us?). We have consulted over 5 orthodontists none of them suggested surgery. He also said that the underbite was an “ethnic problem”. I would give him a zero if I could.

Dr Fox has been wonderful! From the start he has taken every effort to ensure that I have felt reassured and fully informed about the Invisalign process. He has been patient and kind and answered all my questions and he has also made our sessions fun and friendly. I would recommend Dr Fox to anyone thinking of getting Invisalign - he is the expert and I am v pleased with the results!

I thought he was very rude and insulting. No, i don't have well aligned straight teeth, hence my consultation. Not all of us come from families that can afford orthodontics when children. don't mock us when we do seek help! His own teeth that he was so proud of looked quite false to me.
