Dianne avey has been my primary care provider for many years. She is a very caring and compassionate person. She is conservative about habit forming drugs but shouldn't all providers be. She is very thorough and listens well. I have always felt she was going to solve every issue I have had.

I am so sorry for this experience. In reviewing your chart, my practice partner had inadvertently and mistakenly charted that your child had passed away. Unfortunately, I did not agree with continuing the medications that were prescribed - which could be habit forming, and were not appropriate for long term use. I apologize for your experience and hope that you will continue your care at UPMC.
