Incredible rude and impatient
Just getting a return call and within a minute or two it was obvious she was having a bad day. I told her I could tell we would not be a good fit and she said "oh wow" and hung up on me.

They take days to return calls, person that calls then asks personal questions and makes you go into detail on why you want to see dr. Poor etiquette over phone by receptionist.

Dr. Berberich is an amazing psycologist, I find it very easy to open up to her, be honest and trust her, which I am usually very reluctant to do. I am also very impressed with her suggestions for my issues that I come across in life. She is highly intelligent, has plenty of experience, and she Just always says what I need to hear she has truly been a blessing .
