Patient Comments (2)

He was judgmental and adversarial and unclear. When I dumped him, he asked me why, and I explained a specific instance where I hadn't understood him and thought he'd been a bit rude about it, he was rude and combative again. Wish I'd checked his ratings before going to him.

All I asked this client was in what context did she feel that I was being "judgmental". It was not my intention to be either unclear and/or rude. As for "combative", I guess that happens in the context of facing resistance and defensiveness. I wish this Rochester-based patient well.

Dr. Sprague truly needs to get a hearing aid We wonder if he hears half the things we are discussing with him in couples counseling. Having an office in your home can have pros and cons. Nice to not be in an office but it is uncomfortable in the summer at his home office as too hot and not very...more

I have never seen a couple from Webster, NY in August 2017. Webster is an eastern suburb of Rochester some 41 miles away. I primarily see patients withing a 30 mile radius. This "couple" has much greater access to many more providers nearby. The car in the parking lot is mine as I have another vehicle in the garage. When I am seeing patients, during office hours, no one else is there. I value the privacy of everyone I see and have done so for 26 years.
