So helpful.
I have been working with Dr. Meadows for several months. I like that he's honest with me. He listens without judgment and offers skills and tools to help me achieve my goals. He managed to narrow down some misdiagnoses in my past medical history by providing some much needed testing. No one else has done that for me. I appreciate him and his services to our community.

Kind and Thoughtful Doctor
Dr. Meadows has been instrumental in helping me to get my anxiety under control. He's friendly and very easy to talk to, even when the subject matter is difficult. Because of him and his guidance, I've been able to work through my issues using his coping skills and stop taking medications. Dr. Meadows is very patient and explains not just ways to help your mental health, but assists you in understanding the why of your issues. I wouldn't be where I am today without him. I couldn't recommend him more!

Dr Meadows has been instrumental in helping me to unpack my religious trauma. He’s never failed to assist me with practicing coping skills, and has been a tremendous aide in my mental health journey. As someone who has seen many therapists in my lifetime, I can say that Dr Meadows is the only therapist I’ve ever recommended to friends or family. He’s pragmatic, kind, and has impeccable bedside manner. I would give him an even higher rating if I could.

Pragmatic and patient-centered
Dr. Meadows doesn't merely tell you what you need to do for therapy. He asks you what you think you could do to help your situation. If you can think of some reasonable options he helps you sort through what options are most reasonable. If you can't think of options, he proposes some reasonable options and helps you figure out which are most reasonable. In any of these scenarios, he's always helping with but not dictating about what can be done. It's always patient-centered that way.

Make the appointment
I made the decision to seek mental health too late in my opinion, however I was paired up with Dr. Meadows and could not have been happier. I have seen him now for a consistent year and it has greatly changed my overall mental health. He has decades of experience helping people and I was no exception. He has always been very accommodating to my crazy schedule, several times I have had to switch to phone visits (I prefer in person)as I just couldn’t get to the office and the staff has always made it really easy, even with an hours notice. I have really appreciated what he has done in my life and I’m grateful I was paired up with him.

A life saver!
I have worked with Dr. Meadows for nearly one and a half years now. He has helped me make my life so much better since my mental breakdown in early 2021! Using his Cognitive Behavioral Therapy skills, he has taught me so many fantastic mental tools that I have and continue to use to rebuild a far more content and far happier me. It takes a lot of effort on both our parts. But, after 40+ years of living in a form of mental anguish... it feels SO nice to be back, controlling more and more of my life.

Wonderful Therapist That Specializes in OCD

Excellent Therapist
My experience with Dr. Meadows over several years has been very positive. He has great skills in listening, interpreting and responding in ways that are both honest and sensitive. He often explains the science behind human behavior that really helps me re-frame my understanding of myself and others. At the end of the session, I leave feeling heard, understood and with some new insight I can apply in my daily life.

Dr. Meadows has definitely helped me
In the few office visits I have had with Dr. Meadows, he has helped me to make connections with my past and my lifestyle in regards to my depression and anxiety. He has been very helpful in suggesting how to "navigate people" (my words) who aren't always so conducive to my mental health. Overall, I find him to be a wonderful therapist and would definitely recommend any one I know to seek him out for therapy

I have been seeing Dr. Meadows for a few years now and I find him to be exactly what I need. He listens, shows empathy, asks great questions and also is really open to diving into whatever topic of discussion I might need to talk about. He does more than just passively listen, he gets in there and really pushes me to think about the things I’m saying and thinking and not just letting them be the truth because of previous bad programming. Dr. Meadows was recommended to me by a co-worker, who said fabulous things about him, and I am so happy to have found him. He is very dynamic, has a good sense of humor, is super easy to talk to and doesn’t judge or condemn. I highly recommend him.

I have been in and out of therapy for 20 years. I have been a pt of Dr. Meadows for over 4 years. In all that time I have found him Thoughtful, thorough, compationate and an excellent therapist. He seems to have a wide undertanding of many topics. Personally I believe hehas helped me in understanding my mood disorders.
