Cindy Valencia was very unprofessional and I would not recommend her to anyone. My pharmacy called her multiple times and she refused to refill my meds so I had to go to the emergency room and my bill was $90.00 and she didn't even bother to call me either. Consequently, I went to the ER because I needed these meds, which are maintenance meds that I've been taking for years and she was my primary care physician but I only saw her twice because she took Wellcare Insurance.
