Dr. Copeland has helped me navigate through the most difficult time in my life. She is compassionate and caring. She has provided me with excellent tools to cope with not only the anxiety/stress of life at times but also the emotional turmoil/events I endured this past year.

I have the highest regard for Dr. Copeland. She is an excellent listener - you have a real sense that she understands you - and she offers very practical advice and encouragement with great empathy. She is also knowledgeable in areas beyond giving advice on psychological counseling (such as when the conversation turns to health issues in general).

I saw Dr. Copeland for quite a while a few years back. She was the only therapist who was able to help me heal deep-rooted damage from a troubled past. I have taken the tools she taught me with me through the last few years to continue improving my life, confidence, and healing. Thank you, Dr. Copeland!
