    Dr. Lu diagnosis the condition of a patient in a manner that makes it imperative that any other physician giving emergency aid to the patient is able to pursue the most aggressive remedial procedures. Dr. Lu also gathers all information from specialist treating his patient and uses this information in a manner that will allow him to target the best procedures for him to assist his patients.
