My goal is to help you to develop a positive relationship with food, mind, and body. I am a non-diet dietitian who believes that the road to physical and emotional health lies in freeing yourself from anxiety or fear related to food and/or exercise.I believe that as we develop the skill to look at all food neutrally, we will be able to make food decisions that are in our best interest, instead of making food decisions based on deprivation, fear, or restriction.Our bodies are amazing and they have the ability to self-regulate as we honor our hunger and respect our fullness. Finding satisfaction, joy, and peace in your body is possible. I provide nutritional therapy for weight concerns (chronic dieting), disordered eating, and children.
