Patient satisfaction ratings and reviews are based on personal opinions. Before you choose any doctor you should take into account their background, training, specialized experience AND their patient satisfaction to ensure they are the right fit for you.
I received my Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work from Indiana University. Like many people, I chose my profession because of my own personal experiences. In 2005, I was diagnosed with metastatic cancer and endured a year of extremely aggressive chemotherapy and multiple surgeries and recoveries. During this time, I experienced how depression, anxiety, and stress can negatively effect one's quality of life. I also experienced how gratifying it can be to overcome a multitude of adversity. I believe every person should be able to experience happiness however they define it. These experiences are what pushed me to become a therapist; to make sure that I can be there to help people find solutions to their problems and to help get them where they want to be as quickly as possible.
