I saw Dr. Loomis after dealing with terrible insomnia and sleep anxiety for a few months. I saw Dr. Loomis for about 5 sessions and I'm not sure how she did it but she helped my sleep improve tremendously. She educated me, helped me trust my body's ability to sleep, and overcome misconceptions/myths contributing to my sleep issues. I can't thank her enough. It has been over 6 months since I last saw her and I still remember the things she said to keep my sleep on the right path.
