Cassie is an AMAZING therapist! I was able to build rapport with her very easily as she is outgoing and you can tell she LOVES her job. I have been to many therapists before and I never had the connection I had with Cassie. Other therapists are stuffy and make me feel insecure but NOT with Cassie. She is also very fun! She is very honest and doesn't hold any punches and I really appreciate that! I would definitely reccommend Cassie to everyone! Oh She is also GREAT with teens! Try Krave Lyfe Mental Counseling if you need someone to talk to- you won't regret it! I promise!

Cassie is a phenomenal clinician. It took me a long time to find someone to see after some other experiences. Once I found Cassie, she changed my life and perspective. I finally had someone I could trust to help me better my life. I am so grateful for her.
