I’ve been with CCS since it’s start when my therapist moved over and I love it. It’s welcoming and peaceful and always professional. I have been seeing my main therapist Carrie for the longest, but when she was out for a sick leave, I saw two others in the practice and they were just as kind and professional. Carrie is always empathetic but doesn’t let you get away with anything. Her tough love approach has helped me a lot over the years.

I am extremely grateful to have found Carrie. She is the 5th or 6th therapist I have been to over the years and the only one I have ever felt truly comfortable with. She is an excellent listener and consistently leaves me feeling supported, heard and hopeful. It has made all the difference in my health to have found a therapist that I can feel vulnerable with. I highly recommend Carrie to anyone searching for guidance or support in their life.

I've been seeing Carrie for maybe 10 years! Honestly she's the best therapist i've ever had. She's very kind, sweet natured, understanding, and helpful. She has taught me cbt and dbt skills, very compassionate, gives sympathy, and comfort if you're ever sad or upset. She is the #1 therapist and if you ever wanted a great therapist, Carrie is the absolute best! If I could give an infinite amount of stars I definitely would without a doubt

As someone else said, I finally found the "right" therapist for me - I felt immediately comfortable with Carrie and that anything was up for discussion without judgement. Carrie has helped me realize things going on with me that I wasn't able to articulate before our sessions. I've already recommended someone else to her and would definitely recommend her again! Nothing but good things to say.

Before seeing Carrie at CCS I saw several other counselors. It is hard to work on yourself and the challenges you are facing when you feel you can't relate and be open with your counselor. This was the biggest struggle I faced. Carrie is great and has been helping me for a number of years. I would recommend her to anyone!
