About Me

I believe in helping the client empower themselves to take control of their lives, especially with regard to addictions and mental illness. I work from a harm reduction model understanding the difficulties in making serious behavioral changes. When necessary, the client's use of psychotropic medications is supported while participation in 12 step programs is not required.
