When she talk to me about my problem. She never looked into my eyes. Didn't listen to me. I had to say something over again.

Bonnie Hanson refused to make eye to eye contact with me. While asking me questions and explaining my situation she constantly looked up at the ceiling or the floor. She rushed my visit and talked fast when providing me with suggestions on what to do with my aching knee. At the end she gave me a two finger hand shake. A week later I checked my ochsner medical file to view her comments as I was trying to explain to my daughter what she recommended but she did not provide any recommendations.
