Absolutely horrible experience. I struggled with trauma from my parents and she sided with them and did nothing to help me. I remember the first session was just talking to my parents alone while I sat in the waiting room. She only sought out their perspective on the situation then immediately dove into my therapy without any information on my side of the story. Even glared at me most of my appointments, no connection or understanding for my side of the story. Super unprofessional and disheartening. I feel for anyone who has had a similar experience. It’s sad that there are therapist out there who go about their practice this way. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BECKY COX.
